Booking confirmation will relate to villa type, not the villa name

Maximum number of persons per room is 2 adults and 1 child under 12

Maximum number of persons for whole villa is 6 adults + 2 children under 12 yrs

1 Extra bed available with prior notice with cost at $40 net/night

RESERVATION

Reservation must be sent by fax, email, or through reservation form available on the web site.

Reservation shall be completed details

Confirmation of the reservation is based on availability at time of reservation
HOTEL VOUCHER

In the event Travel Agent issues such a voucher, the original voucher must be presented by the guest upon check-in, and the voucher should clearly specify all instructions and detail all services

Luwak Ubud Villas should receive a copy of such voucher at least 3 days prior to the guest’s arrival
PAYMENT

50% deposit (non refundable) to be paid upon confirmation.

Balance Payment (non refundable) to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

Standard check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 12 noon.

Late check-out will be charged at 50% room rate for first 3 hours and after 18:00 will be charged at 1 (one) night room rate.
